In 2001, Borusan Pipe expanded internationally by acquiring a facility in Italy, leading to the formation of Borusan Vobarno Tubi S.p.A. Furthering its global footprint, the company established Borusan Pipe US Inc. in 2014 to oversee its Baytown, Texas, factory investment. In 2023, aligning with its strategy to become a local player in global markets, Borusan Pipe acquired Berg Pipe in the USA, rebranding it as Borusan Berg Pipe.
